Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using http://www.hurunui-farms.nz (“the Site”) operated by Christophensens Limited. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site. 

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms are defined in this Agreement.

Refund/Return Policy

If for any reason your order has not been delivered and you are not happy with your order please contact us at hurunuifarms@yahoo.com.

You must notify Hurunui Farms via email  or phone the same day of the delivery being made. Consumed or already disposed of items will not be eligible for a refund or credit,and photographic evidence of the product and packing slip in question provided.

Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order before notifying us.

Hurunui Farms will cover any costs incurred in returning the goods back for inspection or assessment if deemed responsible for any product non conformance issues. 

All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit or refund.

Credit Card payments

Payments are processed through the secure Shopify Payment system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on this System. No credit card information is stored by The Meat Box.

Payments must be received prior to orders being delivered. If you would like to query the charges to your credit card please email us on hurunuifarms@yahoo.com

Pricing

Hurunui Farms reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Due to meat being a perishable product we are unable to accept cancellations or make amendments on the day of cutting and packing or delivery.

Marketing Policy

Hurunui Frams will use your personal information for purposes that relate to the operation of our business and the provision of services to you as well as promotional and/or educative activities including keeping you up-to-date with products, services or events we think would be of particular interest to you. 'Marketing' will include email marketing and/or SMS marketing.
