The Hurunui
A short drive north of Christchurch, through the picturesque Waipara Valley, brings you to the Hurunui, a region with a unique charm that sets it apart from anywhere else in New Zealand. Rolling farmland, braided rivers, and wide-open skies have made this place famous for its agricultural heritage and exceptional produce.
Now, a group of 10 friends has stepped in to keep that tradition alive, creating Meat for Kiwis Limited to bring the very best Hurunui meat to tables across the country. This change has allowed Timo and Jonna to return to their first love, farming while we focus on continuing the legacy they built.
Our mission is simple: to deliver great meat, grass fed, local farmer raised, proudly sourced from the Hurunui (we may sneak in the odd Canterbury farm too as we grow) for Kiwis to enjoy.

Our Christmas Hamper orders need to be placed by the 15th of November and you will receive FREE delivery on the day of your choice, to your company in Canterbury.
