Thüringer Bratwurst in Germany is a unique sausage from the German state of Thuringia. We were lucky to get a well-known local butcher in North Germany’s Flensburg, on the border with Denmark, to share his 100-year-old recipe.

We have had the spices flown over from Germany and taste-tested many batches to perfect this classic.
