We need 1 week's notice for Whole Hoggets.
We realise that people want to fill their freezers, so we are offering whole and half hogget.
Please give us one week's notice for collection. (more if you can). Each animal has a different weight, so if deboned, you will lose the weight of bones, fat, and kidneys. Hoggets start at 18kg after deboning.
We ask that you trust the Butcher on cuts, but if you have particular ones in mind, please follow up with an email or use our contact form, and we can send out a cut list.
